Everybody Rides. Everybody Belongs.
Inclusive bike safety programs and adaptive-friendly Traffic Town & Bike Rodeos that build safe, joyful spaces where every rider can learn, explore, and belong.
What We Do
Everybody Rides brings joyful, inclusive bike safety experiences to communities. We create spaces where kids, teens, and adults of all abilities can explore movement, learn skills, and feel confident on wheels — whether they ride a bike, trike, mobility device, scooter, or anything that helps them move through the world.
Traffic Town & Bike Rodeo Events
Playful, hands-on road safety learning that teaches riders the rules of the road in a way that feels empowering, fun, and memorable. Our setups blend imaginative play with real-life skills.
Adaptive-Friendly Riding
Thoughtful setups, sensory supports, and mobility-adapted equipment ensure every rider — regardless of ability — can participate fully and confidently.
Our Approach
We design every Traffic Town & Bike Rodeo around the unique needs of your riders and your space. By blending adaptive-friendly design, playful learning, and community input, we create events that feel personal, safe, and joyful for everyone involved.
Who We Work With
We partner with organizations who believe every person deserves the confidence and freedom that come from safe, supported movement — including schools, borough councils, police departments, education programs, nonprofits, cycling clubs, and parks & recreation teams.
Why It Matters
Movement brings joy, confidence, and a sense of independence. Inclusive, thoughtfully designed spaces ensure all riders — including those who use adaptive equipment or mobility devices — can participate fully and safely. Everybody Rides works with communities to create events that honor each rider’s abilities and celebrate the joy of moving together.

About Maura
Maura Lynch Rubley, J.D., is an educator, advocate, and community leader dedicated to creating inclusive spaces where every rider can learn with confidence. She founded Everybody Rides out of a desire to help her own child — and other young riders — develop the skills and awareness they need to move safely and independently in their communities.
She approaches every event with empathy, creativity, and a deep belief in inclusion. Through Everybody Rides, Maura partners with schools, boroughs, and community organizations to design welcoming, accessible bike safety experiences that bring people together and celebrate joyful movement.
